As a not-for-profit organisation, we reinvest all our surplus funds back into the business and are continuously looking at ways we can improve our current services (as well as the development of new services) through innovation, effectiveness and efficiency.

- information and training to ensure our staff are provided with the latest information and adequately trained about the latest care techniques
