Nuffield Hospitals is the UK's largest network of not-for-profit independent hospitals that provides access to high quality healthcare. 80% of the British population are within a one hour drive of a Nuffield Hospital.

  • Nuffield Hospitals is to introduce an innovative pricing structure that will provide increased options to access quality healthcare.
  • From April 2006 Nuffield Hospitals will be introducing a tiered pricing structure that offers purchasers a choice in the service that is being accessed.

A dedicated account manager will work with clients to improve the end-to-end process in an attempt to reduce costs and improve the customer experience


  • Work to develop joint communications to members of staff to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Work with third parties to improve the end to end process to help reduce administration costs and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
