From April 2006 Nuffield Hospitals will be introducing a tiered pricing structure that offers purchasers a choice in the service that is being accessed.

A dedicated account manager will work with clients to improve the end-to-end process in an attempt to reduce costs and improve the customer experience

Work to develop joint communications to members of staff to improve the overall customer experience.
Work with third parties to improve the end to end process to help reduce administration costs and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
